Chart Coach may collect account information such as email address, password hash, billing identifiers, subscription status, usage data, uploaded chart images, analysis history, and support messages you send to us.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. Chart Coach does not store full card numbers or bank details.

We use information to create accounts, verify email addresses, provide chart analysis, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve product reliability, and respond to support requests.

Chart context and related user inputs may be sent to AI providers to generate educational coaching responses. Do not upload sensitive personal information inside chart screenshots or text prompts.

We use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery, payments, rate limiting, and AI analysis. These providers process data only as needed to provide the service.

We retain account, billing, and analysis records while your account is active or as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. You may request account deletion from the account page or by contacting support.

We use reasonable technical and organizational controls, including password hashing, server-side secrets, rate limiting, and restricted admin access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
