Chart Coach is an educational software tool for structured chart review, risk awareness, journaling, and learning. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, risk management, broker activity, position sizing, and compliance with applicable laws. You should not rely on Chart Coach as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may restrict or suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Plan features, usage limits, pricing, and billing intervals are shown in the product before checkout. Subscription management is available through the billing portal when supported by your account.

AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. Chart Coach is designed to return coaching structure, no-trade conditions, and risk feedback rather than direct buy or sell instructions.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, overload APIs, scrape private data, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload illegal, harmful, or sensitive personal data.

We may update the service or these terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
